Our mission is to offer a welcoming and elegant retreat for both long-term tenants, such as Erasmus students, and short-term visitors, including tourists and business travelers.

How do I book a room?

Your can book either by calling/emailing us or by filling out the form on our Contact page and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible!

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What should I do if I have an issue during my stay?

We offer 24/7 customer support for any urgent issues. Please contact us at
+386 64 199 103. For non-urgent matters, you can reach us during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, via phone or email.

Are all your accommodations shared?

No. Depending on the situation and the season our accommodations are either shared between Erasmus students or they are private for short term guests.

How do you take care of security of your guests?

We take the security of our guests very seriously. Most of our accommodations use digital locks meaning there are no keys involved. Once your reservation is confirmed, a few days before your arrival you will get an email with the check-in information and access codes for the locks.
The access codes are changed regularly.

How close are the accommodations to public transport?

All our accommodations are located within walking distance of public transport options, making it easy to explore Ljubljana and the surrounding areas.
